Notarzt-Masteralgorithmus 2.0

The whole prehospital emergency curriculum as one decision tree, weighted so the most time-critical branch sits at the root. Not an index you search — a path you walk. A short path is a short time to the intervention, which is the only metric that matters at three in the morning.

Every node carries the leading symptom, the red flags, the diagnostics, the drug and its dose, the repeat interval and the contraindications. There is an A4 pocket version that prints on one sheet.

Patientenkarte Kinderanästhesie

Paediatric anaesthesia is arithmetic under time pressure: every tube size, every dose, every infusion rate derives from a weight you were told sixty seconds ago. This turns one entered weight into the whole card — airway, reference values, boluses, perfusors — on a single screen.

The safety rule is built into the interface: no volume is shown until the local concentration has been confirmed, because the concentration is the input the ward changes and the calculator cannot know.
